On 6 February 2026, Balti Vara Ehitus OÜ, technical partner of the SIRCULAR Estonian Cluster, organised a seminar for 55 key stakeholders and subcontractors with the objective of informing the local supply chain and strengthening collaboration among project team. The participants included subcontractors who will be involved in the SIRCULAR demonstration project in Estonia (Ehitajate tee 39, Tallinn), as well as companies engaged in similar projects elsewhere.
The seminar emphasized future-oriented approaches, including the adoption of BIM-based design and construction processes, and highlighted the strategic importance of circular construction principles and material reuse.
