Last week, we successfully kicked off the first round of internal SIRCULAR Project webinars, bringing together the entire project consortium for two engaging sessions.

The webinars were hosted by our German partner Steinbeis Europa Zentrum, and focused on two critical topics: Exploitation and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). These areas are essential when exploring innovations and ensuring they reach their full potential in the market.

Exploitation refers to the process of taking an innovative idea or solution and turning it into a viable, impactful product or service, maximising its value for both the creators and society.
Meanwhile, IPR is a fundamental pillar in protecting these innovations, providing the legal framework that safeguards the rights of creators and fosters an environment for collaboration and commercialisation.

In the context of SIRCULAR project, where we aim to drive sustainable innovation, understanding how to manage and leverage intellectual property can make a significant difference in scaling up and sustaining groundbreaking solutions. These webinars provided an opportunity for consortium partners to share knowledge and strategies, ensuring that the innovations we are developing are not only protected but also positioned for success in the marketplace.

Looking ahead, we’re happy to announce that Inlecom Commercial Pathways, our project partner from Ireland, will lead the next online training with an in-depth exploration of IP Management.

Stay tuned for more updates and valuable insights as we continue to explore the innovative dimensions of SIRCULAR!
