On 10 October 2025, the Estonian SIRCULAR Project partners Estonian Union of Housing Associations (EKYL) and Balti Vara Ehitus OÜ participated as exhibitors in the Housing Fair in Tallinn. The fair was organised alongside the Annual Forum of Apartment Associations in Estonia, bringing together around 200 participants from across Estonia, including apartment building managers, renovation specialists and local municipality representatives.
Throughout the event, the SIRCULAR partners engaged with visitors, answering questions about the project’s goals and upcoming activities. Together with Timbeco, a leading manufacturer of prefabricated building elements, they also showcased innovative renovation solutions using factory-produced insulated wall elements. This technology will be implemented in the SIRCULAR project’s demo building in Tallinn, offering a less disruptive approach to apartment building renovation.
