Specializing in innovative solutions, Hormipresa collaborates closely with research partners to integrate recycled and bio-based materials into novel composite elements for facade renovation. Their contribution includes designing and producing concrete panels with enhanced thermal insulation properties, achieved through the use of recycled-aggregate concrete and plant-based insulation materials. These efforts aim to demonstrate sustainable building practices on a real-scale demo site provided by project partners. Hormipresa’s role underscores their commitment to advancing circular economy principles in the construction sector, promoting environmental sustainability while fostering technological innovation.
